What's new at our club...

IRS Approves Tax Free Status
On September 9, the Internal Revenue Service approved the Club's application to become a charitable organization.

Home Organization Added to Services
The Club has established a "Partnership" with a woman who organizes closets and removes unnecessary pieces of accumulation from the home. Accumulation can be clutter; let's get rid of it. Do you know that 80% of what we stash away is never used or referred to again. What a waste! And, hey, she will work for our members at 10% less than what she charges the general public.

Professionals will provide PC Assistance and Training
The Club has negotiated with a computer technician group that repairs and installs computer hardware and software. All work is done on-site. These technicians are fast, professional, trustworthy and extremely inexpensive for our members (You will only be charged $50 an hour for their labor.). The firm has also agreed to provide "classroom" instruction to our members at no charge.

Transportation Ready
We will use Janus Developmental Services' Hamilton County Express busses and drivers. The cost to the Club has been determined and it is a fair and reasonable amount.  Member transportation needs will be met with them and with our volunteer drivers.

Two Super Home Meal Programs
Chef Eric Christen and Chef Jeff White have agreed to provide members with discounts on their successful meal programs. Chef Jeff prepares member selected meals in his commercial kitchen, flash freezes them, and delivers them with instructions. Chef Eric does all the cooking in the member’s kitchen, using his utensils and seasonings. In one day, he prepares 20 meals. Each chef is highly respected and references are available upon request.

Discounts on Home Improvements and More
We have a 10% discount from R.E. Construction. They are  specialists in modifying homes for seniors so they can safely and comfortably live there.
Such discounts are also available at Matteo’s Ristorante, and The Anvil Inn. More discounts will be announced soon.
Low Cost Home Repairs and Painting
We have two trustworthy artisans of home repair and painting. One is a handyman at electrical, plumbing and carpentry work. His fees to members are $25 per hour for the first two hours and $20 per hour thereafter. The other is a skilled painter whose charges for labor are quite reasonable; the member pays for the paint.
